I went in for back surgury today 9a.m. this morning.
This already is improving the feeling and movement in my foot.
It is an outpatient surgery, 6 hours all told.

I'm not supposed to lift more than
10 lbs. or bend, or
twist.

Modern medicine is pretty cool.
I feel very lucky to have it.
I went for many years
being unable to afford it.
